Shipping policy

Upon placing an order with ARATA LEATHER & SILVER,  you will be notified by email that your order has been received. Once the order has been received, your order will be processed within 48 hours, with the exception of an item that is not in inventory. In this situation, the customer will be notified of the status of the order and provided additional information regarding the delivery of product.

ARATA LEATHER & SILVER contracts with USPS and UPS carriers to deliver our ARATA LEATHER & SILVER products to your home or post office box. 

We understand that the timely delivery of product is important to our  customers and in response to this, we offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. 

Customers are able for free shipping in the USA and Priority and Express shipping for an increased fee.
